Ffos Las

One of three racecourses in Wales, Ffos Las is the youngest racetrack in the UK, having opened in 2009. The racecourse has a wonderful history and was built at the site of an open cast coal mine after mining operations were ceased.

Ffos Las run’s both Flat and Jump meeting’s throughout the year. Flat meetings take place throughout the summer months, with National Hunt meetings taking place for the rest of the year. Visitors under the age of 18 can come racing for free, as long as they’re with a paying adult.
